QCan I play this spell and choose option 2 even if there aren't any Swordcraft followers in my cemetery?
AYes. "Select up to 3" means you can select 0. Whether or not there are Swordcraft followers in your cemetery, you can still play this spell and choose option 2. In that case, you would simply shuffle your deck and draw a card.
