QI have 10 cards in my cemetery and an evolved Crimson Rose Queen on my field. If I play a Scream Diffusion, does Crimson Rose Queen's automatic ability trigger 3 times?
ANo, it doesn't. Evolved Crimson Rose Queen's automatic ability only triggers when you play a card that originally costs 2, not when an ability summons one.
