Happy Halloween!

To celebrate, we will be holding a contest for you to create your own one-of-a-kind token card! Draw your favorite Shadowverse: Evolve character with a Halloween theme on a blank token card for a chance to win an Ultimate Vania, Vampire Princess!

How to Participate

1. Follow us on X or Instagram, or like us on Facebook.
2. Draw any Shadowverse: Evolve characters of your choice on a blank token card. Blank token cards can be found in the fourth starter deck, Wrath of the Greatwyrm, or can be printed using the template found here.
3. Scan or take a picture of your original artwork, and submit it via Google Form. Precautions and detailed rulings can be found in the Terms & Conditions below.

Terms & Conditions

General

1. Contest entry is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
2. The giveaway is only open to legal residents not residing in the following regions: Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Employees of Bushiroad Group (including but not limited to Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd., Bushiroad Inc., and other affiliates of Bushiroad Inc.), their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise similarly connected are also excluded from this contest.
3. Entries will only be accepted during the stated periods.
4. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. will not be responsible for entries that are not received for whatever reason.
5. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or modify the contest and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
6. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute or amend the prizes without prior notice, and contest prizes are at the sole discretion of Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd.
7. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd.’s decision in all matters related to the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner of the contest will assign its copyright of the submitted artwork to Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. or any designated third party.
9. By entering the contest, the contestant agrees to release and hold harmless Bushiroad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) his/her participation in this giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any giveaway item or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry or the giveaway process; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries.
10. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, or Instagram.
11. The contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
12. If any dispute arises between Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. and any contestant with respect to participation in or application to the contest, Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. shall consult with the contestant in good faith, but if the dispute cannot be settled, then both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

 

Artwork

1. All artwork submitted must be originally hand drawn, sketched, or painted on a blank token card or token card template.
2. The contestant is allowed to download and print out the template for illustration creation.
3. All artwork must be done based on blank token cards or token card template provided.
4. The template is strictly not allowed for any commercial purposes or activities other than the participation of this contest.
5. Plagiarism and duplication of artwork are strictly prohibited.
6. Computer- and AI-generated artwork (e.g., Midjourney) are not accepted for this contest.
7. 'The artwork must follow the Halloween theme and feature any of the characters in Shadowverse: Evolve.
8. The submitted artwork must not contain any inappropriate, pornographic, sexual, racist, violent, hateful, or harmful content.
9. The submitted artwork must not contain any vulgarities or inappropriate text anywhere.
10. The submitted artwork must be submitted in a satisfactory quality without decorating it or putting it into a sleeve to distract the review process.
11. The submitted artwork must not include any material or content that contains sponsors.

 

Submission

1. Only one entry is allowed for each contestant.
2. The entry must not have been submitted for any other contests or competitions, or won an award previously.
3. Please submit your artwork via this form.
4. The contestants are allowed to scan the card or take a photo of the original artwork and submit it in one of the following file formats:
   a. JPEG
   b. PNG
   c. PDF

5. The submitted artwork may be modified and resubmitted before the deadline of the contest. The contestants may edit their submissions via Google Forms by logging into the same Google account they used for their original submission.
6. Multiple submissions are allowed up to a maximum of five times via Google Forms before the deadline of the contest.
7. Upon each successful submission, the contestant will receive a confirmation email from Google Forms.
8. Please note that your previous submissions cannot be deleted, and the latest submission will be regarded as the final artwork for the review process.
9. Please note that your submission cannot be withdrawn or returned.
10. Please keep your original artwork until the winner announcement is out.
11. Please do not reveal or publish your submitted artwork before the winner announcement is made.
12. Contestants agree to the use of their name and entries, in all publicity material, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Plagiarism or duplication of artwork

1. During the entry period/review period:
   a. For any submitted artwork that has been found and verified as plagiarism or duplication, the contestant will be disqualified from this contest and will be banned from participating in all Shadowverse: Evolve contests and giveaways in the future.
   b. The plagiarised or duplicated artwork will not be published on the Shadowverse: Evolve website and social media accounts.
   
   
2. During the entry period/review period:
   a. For any published artwork that has been reported and verified as plagiarism or duplication, the artwork will be taken down from the Shadowverse: Evolve website.
   b. If the winning artwork has been reported and verified as plagiarism or duplication, the winner will be disqualified. The prize will be retracted, and another winner will be selected and announced.
