Entry period: August 12, 2023, 00:00 (PDT), to August 31, 2023, 23:59 (PDT)

The 20 winners will be contacted via Direct Mail on each respective social media soon after the entry period has ended.

Terms & Conditions

1. Entry in the giveaway is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.

2. The giveaway is only open to legal residents not residing in the following regions: Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Employees of Bushiroad, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise similarly connected are also excluded from this giveaway.

3. Each person is limited to one (1) entry across all social media platforms per day and may only win one (1) time across all entries.

4. Entries will only be accepted during the stated periods.

5. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. will not be responsible for entries that are not received for whatever reason.

6. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or modify the giveaway and its terms and conditions without prior notice.

7. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute or amend the prizes without prior notice, and giveaway prizes are at the sole discretion of Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd.

8. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. and its employees will randomly pick the winner from the list of complete entries, and winners will be notified via email within 7 days upon receiving contact details via Direct Mail on respective social media. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the stipulated period, the giveaway prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen.

9. Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd.’s decision in all matters related to the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Winners will be notified upon item delivery.

11. Winners agree to the use of their name, image, as well as their entries, in all publicity material, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. 12. By entering the giveaway, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Bushiroad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) his/her participation in this giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any giveaway item or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry or the giveaway process; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.
